Hello dear friends ! We would be very happy to welcome you in our place and will do our best to make you feel at home! Your room is located in a nice and quiet 100 m² apartment in a beautiful building (1871) of typical "Haussmannian style" at the 5th and last floor. We have also a nice terrace with the view on all the monuments of Paris. We are at the center of PARIS near to Place de la République and to the picturesque "Canal Saint Martin" (15 min walking distance from the Gay area "le Marais"), with very good connections by buses (day and night) and by Metro (subway). |

Your room has a double bed (140 cm), TV, small balcony, private toilets with sink and there is a big bathroom with shower, a nice salon and a kitchen to share with us. You will have your own keys to keep your complete freedom. An internet connection by wifi is available for free. You can rent a parking place in the garage for the price of 10€ each 24h or you can park your car in the street for the price of 2€ /hour from 9h00 to 19h00 (free on Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays, and all August. The price of the room for one person is : 55€ and for two people : 70€, including full breakfast by night. Minimum 2 nights. We ask and appreciate that payment be made on arrival. |
